100% Masonry Outdoor Kitchens Planned from the Ground Up
A great outdoor kitchen should make cooking and hosting outside feel effortless. Yard Works Gulf Coast designs and builds custom outdoor kitchens in Pearland, TX, using 100% masonry construction. Each kitchen is planned around how the homeowner uses the space, with careful consideration for appliance placement, seating, circulation, utilities, covered areas, and nearby outdoor features.
Before construction begins, our team develops the layout through 2D and 3D design so key decisions can be finalized early in the process. We then manage and coordinate engineering, permitting, specialty trades, utility connections, material selections, and construction, giving homeowners one point of contact from the first concept through the finished build.
Outdoor Kitchen Design Options
Available square footage matters, but it's only one part of a functional outdoor kitchen plan. We also look at your cooking preferences, where guests gather, how people move through the backyard, and which features need to stay within easy reach.
Grill-Centered Kitchens
Compact, efficient layouts built around a grill and practical prep space. These designs work well for smaller patios or homeowners who want a streamlined outdoor cooking setup.
Full-Service Outdoor Kitchens
Larger exterior kitchens can include appliances, storage, prep areas, sinks, and bar seating for homeowners who entertain often or want a more complete culinary experience.
Covered Outdoor Kitchens
Outdoor kitchens can be designed under a patio cover or pergola, allowing the kitchen layout, utilities, appliance placement, circulation, and covered area to be planned together from the start.
Custom Features for Your Outdoor Kitchen
We tailor every kitchen to the property, from the overall footprint to the finishes. As outdoor kitchen builders serving Pearland, TX, we plan the structure, appliance locations, utilities, and workflow up front so the finished kitchen works with the surrounding outdoor space.

We had a pool construction project that started back in March. When we reached out to Brandon and his team, they planned out the irrigation reroute to be done in multiple phases to work around the pool build. They did a fantastic job throughout with communication and getting some work done in tight time windows. Whole crew was outstanding from start to finish! Highly recommend!Posted on Google![]()

We essentially had an empty lot in our new home and used Yard Works for both design and installation after we installed a pool. We were very pleased with both parts of our landscape process. Ernie was thoughtful and had several ideas for us to consider in the design process. We had several suggestions, and Ernie could help us sort through those to come up with a great design that we are very happy with. The variety in colors and plant sizes is excellent. On the second step, Brandon and his crew were very good in putting the design in place. They handled setting up the sprinkler system, drainage, stone paths, building beds and installing the trees and plants. We probably could have used more fresh sod to cover parts of the yard damaged by our pool installation (they did put in a lot, tho) but overall each part came out very well. Brandon was responsive to challenges and quick to replace plants that struggled and redo drainage that wasn't working. The crews were neat and cleaned up. We are very pleased with our experience with Yard Works.
